ADD 3-DIMENSIONAL EFFECTS TO YOUR PAINTING – Speedball Modeling Paste dries to a light-weight, flexible, opaque film and can be applied with a pallet knife to produce thick areas of texture. Once dry, it can be painted, carved or sanded.
MAY BE USED AN ALTERNATIVE TO GESSO – Speedball Modeling Paste can be used as a textured ground or to smooth out a texture surface in preparation for painting with acrylics or oils.
USE TO MODIFY WORKING PROPERTIES OF ACRYLIC PAINTS – Speedball Modeling Paste can be mixed with acrylic paints to increase paint body and tint colors.
